Return Policy
Whilst we hope that you are pleased with your order, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered in any way. Items must be free of any odour or stains (i.e. makeup/fake tan etc) and with all tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria, in which case the items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns please clearly mark on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate your return, please email info@niniquelondon.com adding 'Return’ and your Order Number in the subject line and we will assist you in making the return as easy as possible.
It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Ninique, so we suggest using an insured and tracked delivery service, as Ninique cannot accept liability for any items not received.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once accepted, you will receive a full refund, excluding any original delivery costs.
Please note, the refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
EXCHANGES
