Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. If your order contains a 'Pre Order' item, please allow for an additional 14 business days before dispatch as each item is produced on a made to order basis.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, Ninique accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

When placing an order with us for international delivery, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local customs authorities. Any applicable import duties & taxes on international deliveries must be settled by the recipient.
